Intensified JOAD and Adult Archery Plan with Equipment

Make archery your sport with our JOAD and Adult Achievement Archery plan. The plan includes 2 classes a week and 2 coach supervised Open Range sessions and equipment. This plan is appropriate for archers 12 and over. USA Archery Development program recommends 3 to 5 training sessions per week with between 12 and 17 with an increasing number of arrows per day and the archers become older. For adults the number of days that you shoot depends on your personal goals. For archers over 50, between 2 and 5 days of training is recommended, for archers over 60, 1 to 5 days a week is recommended.
