Invitational Epee

This advanced epee class is designed for fencers who are seeking to improve their strategy and understanding of fencing. In order to be considered for this class a fencer needs to have an understanding of basic fencing actions and terms in addition to a good concept for how distance, tempo and timing play a role in a fencing bout. The focus of this class is to help fencers understand their own individual style and how they can use their strengths to control and win bouts. This classes focuses heavily on strategy, developing critical thinking and the application of fencing skills rather than teaching specific actions.
